What is BS 7858 and why does it matter?
BS 7858 is the British Standard for the security screening of individuals working in environments where people, assets or data are at risk. It covers identity, employment history and criminal-record checks. Every Arthur Security guard is BS 7858 screened, so you know exactly who is protecting your site.
How fast do you respond to incidents?
Response times scale to the incident. Emergencies are answered in 2–5 minutes; routine matters in 10–30 minutes. We set clear expectations in your assignment instructions so there are no surprises.
Why do you use the same guards on a site?
Continuity is our single biggest advantage. Guards who stay on a site for 3–4+ years learn its rhythms, people and weak points. They prevent incidents because they notice what is out of place — something a rotating, unfamiliar guard simply cannot do.
What is included in a free risk assessment?
